WHEN I WAS EIGHT...
I realized that people felt truly
comfortable in my presence.
They also felt safe and seen.
I didn’t give much thought to it until a much later age when I realized that this was an exception to the rule. I realized at this very young age what I was experiencing could be seen as something special; something special that resided inside of me.
This capacity didn’t require any particular action on my part. It wasn’t something learned at any special webinars, no sacred retreats, it wasn’t given to me by a master or guru. It was something that just emitted from me and I believe we all have innate gifts that connect us in a deeper way to one another.

The journey now
I know at this point on my journey the ability to see and hear people, as they are, can be used to help individuals on their life journeys. This ‘see and hear’ ability is exactly what propelled me into becoming a Full Spectrum Doula in 2013, later a bodyworker and practitioner of healing through the somatic arts.
At the core
At my core, I truly believe that each individual’s healing process takes hold when we can share pain, share our story, and when people know that it’s being received, seen, and heard.
My practice now
My practice has taken on many forms and one of the most influential pieces that has molded me into the practitioner you see today, comes in the form of plant medicines. I’ve been intensively journeying since 2015 and have begun my Shamanic attunement in 2019. This work has grounded me with the tools to show up as a mother, daughter, sibling, friend and community worker with great perspective and an even greater expansion of the heart.
